Mechanical Engineering

Piping Design
- Extensive knowledge in petrochemical, refinery, pipeline, and construction.
- Experienced in all aspects of pipe design, including:
- Field verification, pipe routing/layout, man hour estimates, man loading, project coordination, material take-off, equipment layout, 3D modeling, piping isometrics, plans, sections, details, P&ID’s, spec creation, & CAD administration

Electrical Engineering and Design
- Vast knowledge of the NEC and OSHA Standards.
- Experience in all aspects of medium and low-voltage systems, including power distribution, arc flash studies, pump motors, and sizing of electrical equipment and cables.
- Experienced in all aspects of Instrument and Electrical Design, including:
- Field verification, I/E design layout, man hour estimates, man loading, project coordination, bill of materials, equipment layout, 3D modeling of lighting and cable tray, motor and MOV controls, motor protection relays and MCCs, lighting, grounding, heat tracing, plans, sections, details, P&ID’s, instrument data sheets with procurement, electrical equipment procurement, and point-to-point wiring, motor protection relays and MCCs.
- Construction support with troubleshooting and fast response time.
Civil/Structural Engineering
- Vast knowledge of AISC, ACI, & PIP Standards
- Licensed professional engineers
- 20+ years of Civil/Structural engineering experience in oil/gas.
- Extensive retrofit/brownfield experience
- FEED, FEL, detailed engineering and support at all levels of development
- Heavy lift experience/consulting
- Marine/dock engineering experience
- Railroad engineering, rail car loading and truck loading experience
- Blast engineering experience
Civil/Structural Design
- Extensive knowledge in petrochemical, refinery, pipeline and construction.
- Experience in all aspects of Civil/Structural Design, including:
- Field verification, laser scan/survey capabilities, steel structures, pipe rack/pipe support systems, pipe support foundation systems, heavy equipment foundation systems, site layout & drainage plans, cable tray support systems, tank & truck loading facilities, railroad systems, marine/dock facilities, underground test trenching plans to identify U/G obstructions prior to construction, man hour estimates, man-power loading, project coordination, bill of materials, 3D modeling, 2D drawing layouts-plans, sections, elevations & details & CAD administration
